Heat loss (W/m) diagrams for insulated pipes – ranging 1/2 to 6 inches – insulation thickness 10 – 80 mm – temperature difference 20 – 180 deg C

The heat loss diagrams below is based on metal pipes with fiber glass insulation with thermal conductivity 0.036 W/mK, outdoor condition with moderate wind 9 m/s. A safety factor of 10% is included.
